In 20.05, when a rotating collection is transferred, the status of the items
update to indicate the item is In Transit to the library the collection is
being sent to. In 21.05. the status is no longer updating.
If an item is checked in, the correct message shows to transfer the item to the
appropriate location, and updates when checked in at the correct location.
However the functionality of having the status update when the collection is
transferred is a key part of the process and needs to be restored.
