When there is an umlaut or other diacritic in a item type or collection code,
this tab cannot be selected on the library transfer limits page.
To test:
- Add a collection code with an umlaut or diacritic. Example: ÖÜÄ
- Go to administration > library transfer limits
- Verify that you cannot activate the tab of the umlaut collection
I hope this is not a general issue with diacritics hiding somewhere. One might
argue that you should not use any special characters in codes.
