Yes Katrin, you are right. In that particular case there is also a small error, but in several cases it is due to copying and pasting from sources, such as https://www-transition--bibliographique-fr.translate.goog/unimarc/manuel-unimarc -format-bibliographique/?_x_tr_sl=fr&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=es&_x_tr_pto=ajax,se, where correctly capitalized labels can be observed (first letter of the first word) and others that are not. Subfields are generally correctly capitalized, they were also copied and pasted.
