What is done: - Circulation rules page setting the ability to request cancellation of waiting holds per library, category and item type. - Barebones, internals (db table, classes, tests, etc). All based on circ rules - OPAC handling for this - A mockup of how we would handle this in staff (see Holds awaiting pickup) The idea is that the new tab in 'Holds awaiting pickup' will provide buttons for accepting or rejecting the cancellation request.
