It currently says: - For pay: "Pay an individual fine" as the title, breadcrumb, and block title after the Pay and Write off buttons, and "Collect fine payment for XXXX" in the browser tab title. - For write off "Write off an individual fine" as the title, breadcrumb, and block title after the Pay and Write off buttons, and "Collect fine payment for XXXX" in the browser tab title.
