Would it be possible to add the Preferred language for notices (lang) field in
the online registration form so that the user can choose the language of the
communications? Currently with the PatronSelfRegistrationVerifyByEmail option,
the user will receive both messages OPAC_REG_VERIFY and ACCTDETAILS in the
default language. It is not possible to send a message in other languages.
