It would be nice if one could toggle Z39.50 server selection in
z3950_search.pl, so that once the default servers are consulted, one could
query the rest of the servers and only those. Curently one has to either
manually deselect the servers selected by default, or select all
servers/targets, regardless of the performance - load penalty this would
entail.
