We currently use use C4::Reserves::CanBookBeReserved and
C4::Reserves::AddReserve heavily.. we should start migrating to Koha object
methods in a similar fashion to how request_transfer was implemented and added
to Koha::Item along with Koha::Item::Transfer(s) classes being added.
