The search bar that is always at the top of the page in the staff interface
disappears when we access the 'Manage two-factor authentication' page in our
account.
To test:
1- Enable the TwoFactorAuthentication syspref
2- Go to your account (click username at the top right and choose 'My account')
3- Go to More > Manage two-factor authentication
--> Search bar is not visible anymore
Similar to bug 31153? In that case the include file was not the right one...
