Screenshot of reserve/request.pl
Staff are confused on reserve/request.pl by the big red X being used on the
date pickers for clearing the date and the "Cancel" button.
The big red Xs make the staff think that they are for cancelling the request
and the "Cancel" button would be more obvious if it actually said "Cancel hold"
or "Cancel request" instead of just cancel.
