Latest intranet-error.log file attached
While using Koha 21.11.11, In acquisitions when order is processed and when
item is received and if we try to give barcode to the item, GUI page throws
error as Error 500 and intranet-error.log shows

Several such messages are logged in intranet-error.log mentioning No such
column
