This section of the breadcrumb in marc_subfields_structure.tt controls if it
says we are in the default framework structure or the XYZ framework structure.

Before bug 29602, the string to translate looked like this
%s %s %s Default %s framework structure
Now, the 'Default' and the 'framework structure' are two different strings.
However, in French, the correct syntax is 'framework structure default'. Before
bug 29602, we could play around with the %s to accomodate the different syntax
structure.
Since the option to move the %s was removed, I propose we write the whole
phrase 'Default framework structure' or 'XYZ framework structure' in the IF
ELSE.
