I'm creating this one as a collector bug.. as Lucas pointed out on
https://github.com/jajm/koha-staff-interface-redesign/issues/55 and as
discussed in various other issues on the github for the new staff client
feedback.. we need to implement the 'page-section' div containers consistently
to ensure all pages match and proper contrasts appear around tables in
particular.
