In acq there is an advanced search page that can be accessed by the link from
the acq specific search tab. There is no link now.
Ideas:
* Add a static link to the search bar that is always visible
* Add a link to the navigation on the left
I'd prefer doing the first or both - having easy access to this form is
something we had come up in training.
