Create more than 20 Marc overlay rules
The first 20 rules looks ok, rule 21 and upwards shows the coded value under
Filter, and presets are empty
Rules above rule 20 are not editable, and can't be deleted - so you have to
delete rules with a lower value until the unwanted rules gets a value below 21
It seems like this is a displayproblem that doesn't affect performance
