When first accessing the authorized values page, the breadcrumbs say that we
are in the AR_CANCELLATION category.
To test:
1. Go to Administration > Authorized values
--> Breadcrumbs indicate Home / Administration / Authorized values /
Authorized values for category AR_CANCELLATION
