As the local use preferences are not in the YAML files, but only as SQl in the
database, the search won't include the local use tab.
When you send an empty search, the empty list will show, saying nothing was
defined. That's not correct.
I think it would be better to exclude them from search or add a note instead
that they cannot be searched for.
Actually the note might be a good addition to the top of the local use prefs
page too!
