When you resend a notice, it seems to simply resend using the same info it used
before. This is pointless. If the number or e-mail address was bad to begin
with, why are we resending to the same? Many times we can correct issues with
numbers or addresses, or we change HOW the patron receives a notice. We should
be able to resend the notice based on current info in the patron record. This
would be much more useful.
