Screenshot - circulation history table style issues
When testing bug 32199 (Add page-section to various patron pages) two style
issues were identified with the patron circulation history page:
1. Table is centred
2. There is a left table column border
To replicate:
1. Enable the OnSiteCheckouts system preference
2. Check out two items to a patron
3. Check in one of the items
4. View the circulation history page for the patron
5. Make the screen as wide as possible (or zoom out) - note that the table is
centred instead of left aligned
6. Note that there is a table border on the left-hand side - compare this to
the table on the patron's details > checkouts page
