C4::AuthoritiesMarc method GetAuthorizedHeading is not exported thus it is
called in other modules :

C4/ImportBatch.pm: $row->{'authorized_heading'} =
C4::AuthoritiesMarc::GetAuthorizedHeading( { authid =>

C4/ImportBatch.pm: my $authorized_heading =

It should be exported.
