The syspref CSVDelimiter allows one to pick a delimiter to be used when
exporting CSV results for all reports. Based on the data included and the
intended use, different reports require different delimiters.
It would be helpful to add the field saved_sql.delimiter and save an optional
delimiter value for each report. Reports could default to following the syspref
but allow one to select an alternate value when saving/editing a report.
