Especially with bug 26346, it would be helpful to have a new column in the List
table to indicate editing permissions - something like 'Changes from' or
'Editing permissions'. This way, staff wouldn't have to click in to each list
to see whether it can be edited by Nobody, Owner only, Anyone seeing this list,
or Staff only.
