Not sure how to achieve that for now, but we need to exclude the following
files from git command output
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/vue/dist/main.js
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/css/staff-global.css
koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/css/*.css
git diff, git status, etc. We don't want developers to think about them every
time they are inspecting git index.
