When testing the configuration for an instance that has more than 20 branches,
the extension relies on the RESTdefaultPageSize SystemPreference to determine
how many branches to display in the select element.
I'd argue that this extension should include all branches without the need to
modify that SystemPreference, as this might cause unwanted side-effects.
