When testing the koct extension, the select element didn't clear old entries
when testing a new configuration for a different instance.
To reproduce:
1) Enter config details for an instance
2) Test config
3) Note that the input gets converted to a select with respective branches
4) Enter config details for a different instance
5) Test config
6) Note that the select element doesn't clear the branches of the previous
configuration
Reloading while clearing the cache fixed the problem on my end, but it would be
nice if the extension would just clear it automatically.
