Adding patrons in the section "To notify on receiving", the display of certain
characters like umlauts, "sharp S" (ß), and also commas, doesn't work.
It will be displayed like this for example:
Christian Stelzenm%C3%BCller%20-%20BSZ
Esslingen%2C%20ES-Flandernstra%C3%9Fe
Esslingen%2C%20Standort%20G%C3%B6ppingen
Test:
- Add or edit a new order line for a basket
- Fill in the required fields
- Click on "Add users" in the section "To notify on receiving"
- Select user(s) with characters like umlauts, commas "sharp S" (ß)
