Not sure what happened there, but the labels and input fields are no longer
aligned correctly and when you change the window size it becomes even more
apparent.
To test:
* Create a private list in the OPAC
* Open the list and click "send list" to send by email
* The "comment" label for example moves directly after the email address field.
