With libraries becoming more sensitive to information sent to third parties via
SIP, it might be less burdensome for configuration if there were an option for
an allowlist for fields sent (much like bug 20292 is effectively a blocklist
for selected fields). This would help ensure that only required fields
(including those with patron PII) are knowingly sent.
