Bug 33059 fixed the capitalization for several authorized value sample category
descriptions.
For the qualif category (UNIMARC related) there was some coments about the
description for "Binder An agent who binds an item.":
- it doesn't read right
- whether a description is required, as none of the others in this category do
- whether to put the explanation in parentheses
This would require comment from those who use UNIMARC.
