Websites must have a robots meta tag to improve search engine crawling, so we
could tells search engines to not index OPAC pages for example.
It needs to be added to
koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/includes/doc-head-close.inc
The content should also be available as a system preference.
