Hello folks,
Just noticed the manual doesn't have an explanation of the LCC filing rules.

If you look at the bottom of the section it ends "The LCC filing routine
generates a sorted call number by following these rules:" but the rules aren't
visible.
Looking at the manuals for the currently supported versions the information is
missing in those ones as well.
I did try searching to see if anyone else caught this, but looks like it hasn't
been submitted (yet)
