Suggested enhancement:
For the new ERM module ...
The ability to allocate individual patrons as having access to subscriptions
which are logged in the ERM module with the ability to add and remove as those
patrons needs change or they no longer require access.
So functionality to not only manage the subscription/resource itself
(licence/renewal) but who has access from within the participating
organisation.
