libdbd-sqlite2-perl has been replaced by libdbd-sqlite3-perl for normal apt-get
use by Ubuntu. On tarball installation koha_perl_deps.pl -m gives the "2"
version as "missing - not required" but after install <About><Perl modules>
highlights DBD::SQLite2 in bright pink (even if DBD::SQLite3 is installed.)
If DBD::SQLite3 is backwards compatible maybe file 'ubuntu.12.04.packages'
should be updated. I believe that any functionality of this module is limited
to "offline circulation" but am not in a position to verify.
