Hi Katrin,

Sorry but I don't understand where I am supposed to post the issue to receive
support. Is there an email address I can use? I have located the community
support page but am unsure how to use it. I am not an IT person, I am a
librarian and manager of a small library so have limited IT support. Your help
in this matter is greatly appreciated.
