It would be great if there were a way to track whenever someone overrides a
warning message in circulation. Whether it's ignoring a hold for someone or
checking out even though the patron owes too much - any of the warnings with
buttons listed here:

http://manual.koha-community.org/3.12/en/checkingin.html#checkinmsg would be
tracked.
