Bug 17170 introduced search filters. There is an option to use search filter
links in news or html customizations or elsewhere, but the links are not
readily available.
To recreate:
1. Enable SavedSearchFilters
2. Go to advanced search and search for anything
3. Click 'Save as search filter'
4. Check 'Show in OPAC' and 'Show in staff interface'
5. Name the filter
6. Click 'Save'
7. Go to Administration > Search filters
It would be nice here to have the links to the filters, where it says "true".
I was thinking something like in the Upload tool, there is a "Yes" link under
"Public" with a chain-link icon, which when clicked opens the link to the
thing.
