When receiving an ordered item:
at the bottom of the "Item" box, we can see two links, "Add" and "Clear".
(see screenshot, in French)
Issues:
1) The "Add" link is not translated (they are JS generated).
2) As suggested by a library, both links are tiny and should be more visible.
