If we give GetReservesFromItemnumber an additional return value (waitingdate),
we can remove some code from several scripts.
If we pass the alldates parameter in these cases, Koha takes into account
future hold requests and provides more correct information in some cases.
This report builds further on changes for bug 9761 and bug 9367.
All calls to this function have been checked.
