--- Comment #3 from Christopher Brannon <[email protected]> --- Probably the easiest way to implement this would be to have both a global and patron category enable/disable setting for new patrons created by staff option. If enabled, when you are entering a new patron on the staff side, the password expiration date would be defaulted to expired as the account is created.
