on the detail page in the intranet
cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl
in the Holdings Table the image urls for the opac item images are used eg
"opac-tmpl/bootstrap/itemtypeimg/bridge/book.png"
and not the url to the intranet images like everywhere else

alt="Books">
I am not sure if this intentional, but I doubt it
