Thanks for testing.

I tried running the command without the instance name and got the following
message:

Error: the selected language is already installed. Try --update if you want to
re-install it.


I tried using the --update command instead and basically got the same message
(Package is already installed).

Do you know what level of permissions should be attributed to the po packages?
