My issue is clearly bug 34157--my settings were on "Bibliographic data precedes barcode" for my barcode range, and when I changed that to print the barcode only, everything worked. (It was like that because I was experimenting with trying to get the library name printing on the barcode, then I found out about bug 31507, and hadn't changed the setting back.)
