It is possible to duplicate area 007 in Koha, but it is not possible to open
the area editor if you duplicate area 007 to fill it.
Test plan:
Open the edit mode of a record
Fill in field 007 with the zone editor
Duplicate this field
Click on the button to open the field editor
Note that the window does not open
