To reproduce:
1. Ensure a Fast Add framework exists with some required fields
2. Pull up a patron and their checkout screen.
3. Scan a barcode or type a title that is not in the system to trigger the
Barcode not found warning.
4. Click +Add record using fast cataloging
5. Fill in Fast Add form
6. Try to save and see nothing happens.
Work around is to open a second tab and go to Cataloging Module, Fast Add
Cataloging. The Save button appears to work there.
