The other half are only missing copyright statements. Different question though. Some files (for instance Koha/AdditionalFields.pm) include the copyright and license statement as part of pod documentation. In that case, should I just leave the file as-is or should I add license/copyright statements commented out at the beginning of the file like in Koha/Biblio.pm?
