Regardless of what is defined in OVERDUE_FINE_DESC, the title shows up at the
end of the description in parenthesis.
This is redundant if it is already defined. If this is meant to help retain
some kind of link to the record, perhaps it should be turned into a button or
link with the item number, so as not to repeat information.
If this information is retained, even after item deletion, then maybe this
needs to be explained in OVERDUE_FINE_DESC, so as to not repeat it. As is, I
define everything we need to retain in the description into OVERDUE_FINE_DESC,
but there is no indication of what is automatically added to the description,
or any explanation as to what is retained.
