Thanks for opening this bug and discussion! I agree that this should be made available on the staff side, and I'd like to request that it be available for adjustment on the Holds tab of the borrower's record, as well as on the Holds tab of the Bib record. Staff here would appreciate not having to jump between screens to accomplish this task.
