If I follow the link to All Library suggestions from the homepage, I go to /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl?branchcode=__ANY__#ASKED and see all suggestions. But if I move off of that page in order to edit a suggestion, all of the avenues back to the main Suggestions page will end up just taking me to /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl, where I'll see only my logged-in branch suggestions.
