Missing decimals for whole numbers
When issuing a refund in the POS (Point of Sale) module for a whole amount,
such as 5.00), the popup modal displays the amount without decimals (such as 5)
for 'Amount paid' and 'Returned to patron.' It would be clearer for the user if
the amount included the two decimals so that it displays as 5.00.
