When an order is received, the fund can be edited/changed. The select2 driven
fund list has an input field on top, but you can't type into it. It's not
clickable.
To test:
* Create a new order
* Create an order line
* Close basket
* Receive shipment and create invoice
* Receive via link in table
* Click on the funds list, try to type into the input field right below the
current fund
* Verify the field is locked.
